A tad controversial, but it’s my belief that the ceremony is a criminally underrated part of your big day. It’s a defining moment of your life, the official closing of one chapter and the glorious beginning of the next. Whether you want it short and sharp or something more akin to a shakespearian monologue, it’s my mission to make your ceremony something thats enjoyed, not merely endured until the prosecco starts flowing.
One of the best parts of being a celebrant is getting to know you. Taking a cheeky peek under your metaphorical relationship bonnet and discovering what makes it tick (this can be achieved with some social lubricant if necessary).
With this in mind, I expertly handcraft your ceremony to be uniquely you, a tale that will do your journey together justice. In my experience, no two couples are the same, so neither should your ceremonies.

A bit about me
Hi, I’m Zach. I’m a celebrant, husband, Dad (of humans and a pug), lover of sport & travel, and a bit of a closet nerd.
Why did I become a celebrant? When Dil (my wife) and I were searching for a celebrant for our wedding a few years ago, I’d like to think we had set a pretty achievable bar. My personal rule was ‘if i’d be happy to have a beer with them, i’d be happy for them to marry us’. Despite this, it was harder to find a celebrant than grabbing a car park at Chadstone on boxing day.
Rest assured we eventually found an amazing person to get us hitched, but it was far harder than it needed to be. Thus my journey as a celebrant was born. I love a good wedding, I love writing and I love a chat, so becoming a celebrant fit like a glove. I genuinely enjoy doing this, and I think it shows.
